I still say Uvavu and Eranu to this day. Loved shooting stars.

Don't know if anybody listens to Athletico Mince podcast with Bob Mortimer.  His Peter Beardsley segments have me in tears

Athletico Mince is so so good. Enjoy the Steve McClaren segments too.

Athletico Mince contains a lot of Bob's best work. He's a national treasure.

Odd to think he was once a solicitor, I can't imagine that. I love the story that he volunteered to represent Jarvis after he got arrested at the 1996 Brit Awards.

Athletico Mince is brilliant. Always liked Bob Mortimer.

Vic Reeves? Found his comedy forced from the beginning. Tries too hard. I prefer to recall the times he's really made me laugh - when he's unintentionally amusing such as his "what a refreshing change" voice over for Woodpecker Cider, or this...

The waning forced grin is hilarious. You could say he's putting a brave face on it - only, by the end, he isn't putting a brave face on it at all. I remember watching this at the time. Hilarious. I enjoyed that as much as I enjoyed his attempt to ride Barry Sheene's old RG 500 XR-14. His face when he removed the helmet at the end. Fair play to him, a classic bike enthusiast.

Agreed, Bob's impression of Greg Wallace trying to order a steak and kidney pie after being collared by Dara O'Briain is one of the funniest things I've ever encountered (episode 51, roughly 20 mins in). And his story about the horrible noisy private flight to Liverpool on one of the first episodes. And the South African stories. I don't know how Andy manages to keep it together when they record it, and he is really funny in his own right

Back to Vic and Bob, most of what I wanted to post already has been, used to absolutely love the Smell of Reeves and Mortimer and Shooting Stars, I really hope the latter makes a comeback but I fear absurd comedy is just too niche for mainstream TV these days. They always just know what is funny in the purest sense, and I love how quick-fire the humour is

Also whenever Bob is on Would I Lie to You it's guaranteed to be the funniest thing on TV that week. The apple and the egg-in-a-bath stories were incredible pieces of television

Also really like Bob and Paul Gone Fishing, both really nice blokes and a great watch even if it isn't laugh out loud

One of my fave Shooting Stars clips. The Kes parody is class too.

Some of the Ghost Hunting bits on the most recent Big Night Out were amazing too, along with Free Running.
