Were they from Bulgaria ?   If so reject or your Bank Account will be cleared out.

Yes - have you listed your season ticket on the resale platform.

 

It would appear they have finally accepted that they should have refunded 1/19th of your entire ST cost this year, and not taken the £70 retainer off and then gave you 1/19th of that. If you listed your ticket previous to the Watford game, check how much you were paid for them originally, add the small credit value and you should get to 1/19th of what your ticket is for the season.

I was refunded my tickets for the Legia Warsaw game because I participated in an online focus group for the club. Initially, I received a notification that a small credit had been made, but it appeared nowhere on my app when I checked for it. The next day I received my refund. Sometimes they do that to check to make sure it will work before doing the transfer. But nothing from "LCFC LTD"

 

However, if you aren't expecting any money from the club for any reason (have you made recent purchases they may be refunding you for? Did you use the resale platform? Etc. Etc.), then call the club or your bank! I have had to have my bank card replaced four times this year because either data was stolen at a shop I visited or the bank detected a suspicious charge on my card (Thanks, Deliveroo and Just Eats!)...fraudsters have been in hyperdrive since COVID began.
