Do we deserve better?

Recommended Posts

I haven't yet voted for CL out, but I have been asking myself, why not?

The only reason I am voting for him is because of the

improvements he has made defensively. But it's no good being

tight at the back if you can't score and win games.

I look at it this way, inspite of our recent financial difficulties.

Because of our fan base we are still a lot better off then some

clubs in this division and so we should be able to attract the

better players.

Why is it that teams like Luton, Cardiff, Watford, Burnley and Stoke seem

to be thriving in this division and we just look like a very poor side?

I'm not one of these "We are Leicester we should be up there" but we should

be doing better then some of the teams i have mentioned.

Does he deserve to keep his job and do we deserve better?

We deserve better, i'm afraid CL hasn't been able to work 'magic' like some other managers ie boothroyd, newell etc. It's is painful at the moment but things are better, the board will give CL another year so time will tell whether CL will improve city enought o get us promoted or as things stand may get us relegated!!

Football success is like respect, you don't deserve it you have to earn it. I'm afraid as a club, from Board to Management & Coaching to players through to the fans frankly WE don't deserve anymore than we have achieved.

The Board have under-performed and made some bad decisions

The Managment/coaching have not achieved the returns you would expect from the investment made.

The Players have underperformed all over the pitch - try picking a player of the season, there isn't one

The Fan's support is abysmal, sure we pay to be entertained, but we've nearly always been the underdogs, yes even in the MON era, part of that achievement can be rightly attributed to the passion showed by the fans to lift an average team above better quality teams. I've even witness the Kop booing the team for keeping possession in the oppo's half of the pitch.

Let's face it we have a collective responsibility and have all contributed to the failure to achieve a modicum of success.

We're shit and I know we are :(

this is depressing. will we ever see the good times again?

We may do, eventually, though probably not under the current regime.

The board will be forced to admit that it made a bad mistake in appointing the current incumbent. His lack of knowledge of English football, prior to coming here, has proved to be a serious weakness.

It's not a question of whether he'll leave the FOXES, but when he'll do so!

Said that before! He has underestimated the Championship on a major scale, some of his signings are just not good enough, unlike the SPL there are no easy games in this division

And he doesn't understand how teams like Burnley treat games against us like cup finals.

As Oscar Wilde might have put it, to lose one game against them, without scoring, might be considered a misfortune, but to lose TWO looks like carelessness.

And we've been careless far too often under the reign of the current manager!

A man of many analogies! Like it
