heard this a few times, from the outset he doesn't come across as someone with an ego and attitude but it obviously has legs as its been mentioned a few times, done well for West Ham tbf to him. 

 

I do like how our recruitment team are big on making sure the players personality etc will suit the club.

....sometimes they filter out the ones with the necessary mental strength!!!

They all become nice players without an edge, every team needs to have players like Huth, master of the dark arts, and a good organiser of the people around him.

I agree generally, but sometimes you can end up with someone like Dennis Wise. 👿
