Cliques and Favourites. Pulling in opposite directions. Rotten to the core.

I remember in the John Holmes podcast him talking about the importance of pulling in the right direction with the squad and board which sounds obvious and simple. It seems we can't even pull in the right direction in the squad and team let a lone all the other areas in the football club!

It's really obvious that Rodgers has his favourites, doesn't he?

When you get the nice wide angle shots on TV or you watch him at games you can see Rodgers react to diabolical play. Souttar played a horrendous pass yesterday and you could see Rodgers clapping like the curtains were coming down at his child's school's natively play.

Ihenacho would then do something a bit daft and he would get nothing but a stone cold look.

When Soyuncu has played, he could score a 95th minute overheard kick winner and Rodgers wouldn't batter an eye lid, but if he didn't quite get something right, he'd let us all know with his negative body language and something venomous into the note book.

Add to all of this the divide in the squad with Kristiensen probably giving a few home truths, the strange disappearnce of Rennie and the subsequent injury mess, the players running down their contracts, the multiple captaincies and utter lack of leadership on the field - we're an utter mess and really are rotten to the core.

But spot on though!

Saw something on here the other day about how much Kasper was disliked by the squad and you can see why.

None of these jokers have the mentality to want to improve. Plenty of talent but absolutely no drive. All want the easy route.

Wish we had a squad with half the ability of this one but with double the mentality. Guarantee they'd be higher up the league.

Sick of this manager that has allowed this to fester. Nobody can be arsed at the club, everyone is seemingly happy for us to turn up each week to put in the absolute bare minimum.

I keep saying it but I genuinely despise this squad. Maddison aside I'd quite happily watch all of them leave. Kristiansen seems to have the right mindset but it needs to be the basis for every signing.

I want to follow a team where you can tell its genuinely pains them to lose. Quite sure that this team didn't lose any sleep over last night's shambles.
