… John Rudkin personally or in some kind of degrees of Kevin Bacon way?

 

i only ask as I am curious to his thoughts on the current situation. He has been at the club in some capacity for so long that the situation we are in must matter to him. He simply must care. I can’t imagine him being just some exec who it is just a job. It can’t be after have such a lengthy association.

 

i could be very wrong but am generally curious.

 

it May of been covered somewhere in some thread but I can’t search through them all so does anyone know?

My old driving instructor was a distant relative to him, used to live in Narborough area just before he got DOF role i think

I played junior football with him for a few months (when I played in the year above, for an inexplicable reason as I was bang average in my own year). He was a tidy player. Didn’t stay in touch (outside of training or games) and that was 43 years ago.

I personally have no knowledge of him but my friends in the construction materials business in Leicestershire, told me that he used to be a concrete block salesman.

I met him through the Academy around 2000 till 2004

he was well liked and respected, but that did not qualify him for his current role
