A year ago they thought they were sitting on an easily saleable asset of £250/300m. (Excluding the £200m owed to them - £450m if you include it) 

If Vichai was still here I’d have no worries at all. He’d just take on the debt. We just don’t know the appetite of the KP board and their Chairman for more debt related to the club.

 

You would very much hope they would follow the wishes of Vichai and look after the club. But money does strange things to people.

Losses will have to be controlled next season to avoid big ffp issues if we don’t bounce back 

 

the losses from this season will be the ones that we need KP to cover although we could just carry them forward if the bank agree to finance them

All players out of contract in 2024 either sign a new deal if we want them to stay or they are sold this summer 

However, I reckon some of them may decide to see out the year and go on a free next summer - maybe kel could get offered enough to make him leave this summer. The club are impotent on some of these players - I expect we will lose at least a couple next summer on a free
