67 days until the start of the Championship season. In that time we need a new manager and a new team of coaching staff.

We need to sell any player who doesn’t want to be here and any player who can command a few big enough to make up the funds we have lost from the relegation.

We need to sign at least 10 new players - Potentially a lot more.

We need a serious review of the position of the Director Of Football.

 

We have no time to wallow around in self pity, as a club we need to build ourselves back up now and make some big decisions and fast - my biggest concern is we don’t do anything fast, look at the appointment of Smith, our recent transfer windows we are slow to move on everything.

If, we are to have any success next season the core of the squad for the season needs to be there on day one of preseason. 
No holidays for any of the top brass at the club, the hard work starts now.

Big Suze needs to take over and sack Rudders.

 

She needs to bring in an ELITE European DOF with Champions League experience.

 

Then she needs to bring in a quality manager - selling them a 5-10 year project with a clean slate of players at one of the best training grounds in the world.

 

My preference would be Graham Potter but I'm sure others will have other targets.

 

Then she should sue Everton, Man City and the Premier League.

 

And buy some players etc.
