Ask your Mrs to pick up your ticket with your ID. 

 

All else fails, walk into the Cardiff ticket office with your booking confirmations and say that City have ballsed up your tickets. 

 

I kinda enjoy a good blag to get in. A deadly cocktail of politeness and persistence tends to work! (Except with city ticket office staff)

I did thanks mate, was a good atmosphere there so was glad to be a part of it. James Justin's goal was especially worth it to see! Thanks for all your help in sorting me out with everything 👍
