Preston Ticket/away ticket advice

They recently gave 3 year bans for this. Did you give your name on the phone?

why on earth would you call the ticket office and tell them you did that

Anyway luckily I’m all sorted and the person I got the ticket for managed to get their own ticket.

That reminds me.....I must call the council to tell them my residents parking permit has run out.  Hopefully they will send a warden round and I'll get my fully deserved fine
