draw is the 31st but by next Wednesday night (29th)  we will know if Arsenal are going to need to go into the play off. If they finish top 8 of the league (currently 3rd) then they wont need to qualify so the game will be 12:30. If they drop out of the top 8 then that's when the time could change. 

 

On paper Arsenal should win both games so it is very likely that it will stay at 12:30

it was never moving from the Saturday. It was either going to be 12:30 or 8pm. As Arsenal are not in the qualifying round there is no reason to change it to 8pm so it will stay as 12:30
