Never been a Jays fan, but loving this! Massively uptight vibe in Dodger Stadium.


Gimenez, Bieber, even getting a tune out of Myles Straw … this is like watching my Guards of a couple years ago. But with better hitting.

This series would be over already had the Schneider and the Jays not been riverboat gamblers with pinch runners + taking extra bases in Game 3.

 

Don't take that as a diss on the Blue Jays—those outs on the basepaths are only noticeable because the Jays are otherwise playing great ball in almost every other facet of the game. 
 

Starting pitching was supposed to be a key advantage for the Dodgers but the Jays get the edge in these first five games even with Yamamoto’s performance. Snell just took his second L while the kid Yesavage was so much more ready for his second start.

 

I mean I’d love for Yamamoto to toss another gem just so we can get a Game 7 but who’s to say that Gausman won’t be solid again on Friday night? Nothing changes how I’ve felt since before Game 1–the Jays get this done one way or another.

I’m a closet Jays follower. Was in Toronto couple of years back & saw them play The Brewers.
