ticket resale refunds

Any idea how long it takes to get the money for season ticket seat re-sales?  I sold mine for Southampton nearly a month ago and still no refund. Is this normal?

The couple of times I’ve sold on the resale platform I’ve got my refund shortly

after the game.

i've done it a couple of times & it's been a month before they were good enough to send me my money

I did mine for Liverpool and it took 25 days for the refund to appear

It usually takes around a month for me. Very slow and antiquated system, just like everything that the club does.

Anyone else had an experience of reselling your seats, checking to see if the seats were available to purchase online prior to kick off which they later weren’t as they were highlighted in gray and subsequently the ticket office in denial the seats had resold? Not trying to jump to any wrong conclusions but it’s strange on this instance.

I have only used the system once, I got an email to say the seat had been listed, then got an email when the ticket I had listed sold and as soon as the game was finished I got an email to say my payment would be processed in the next 30 days
