We are an average Championship team at the mo and it's not like when Mcghee left (we were in the top 6 of Division 1) or when MoN (god) left - only lower league managers would JUMP at the chance to manage us.

The problem is people here expect a new manager to come in and will we walk the league, things will take time. I just pray people are more patient and dont boo him after 3 games like this season.
