So as was the case in November 2023, the initial allocation has sold out before it’s even reached members. The demand is clearly there for the lower tier to be opened up.

Just emailed lcfc and they said that we only have the upper tier available? Many people on here saying Sheffield Wednesday are happy to open up the bottom tier 

just strange to me

Rang Wednesday and they confirmed the lower tier is available and we haven't requested it. I don't see why they'd withhold this considering how desperate for money they are!

It’s looking like Leicester arent going to even think about requesting more allocation 

on the email to lcfc they said we only have the top part available and they never replied to my response when I said that Sheffield Wednesday are more than happy to open the lower stand 

hate my club sometimes I really do

Agree.  The trust are there to represent fans and air their concerns.  I think members who have joined the Trust should contact them. 

Im fortunate (or maybe not 😂) Ive got my ticket, but ive been a member in the past and know how frustrating it can be to miss out on aways, especially when its such an easy problem to resolve on this occasion.  Request the lower tier.....thats it!! That's all they have to do!  It makes no sense to me at all and despite wracking my brain i cannot think of any reason why they wouldn't.  

 

And purely from an individual view, id much rather be part of a big away following.  Its better all round

It’s not common for a team not to take the lower tier I would like to hope it’s going to be opened Monday also did this make members or did it just reach season ticket

Just season ticket holders sold out at about 2/3 hours before members could get access at 5pm

The club says they want fans to back the team and help create an atmosphere. Yet they won’t sell the blocks nearest to the pitch. Makes sense.

Most other clubs will have an agreement that they will take the upper tier, with the lower on standby so that the second the upper tier sells out they can release the lower tier seamlessly.

 

We can’t make that agreement as someone needs to ask Top if it’s ok, and then we haven’t bothered communicating with staff so that when people call up for tickets they can let them know that it will be on sale shortly once released, instead we’ve been telling supporters sorry that’s it - there’s no plan to take them. Which makes us look ridiculous if we then do take them.
