In footballing history!

As others have remarked then what a bench! Kane (Daka-esque crap at the time though!),  Vardy, Drinkwater, Ben Marshall, not so much Conrad Logan though!

He ended up in non league surprisingly soon after this 2013 period after going onto have some time at one or two other clubs : Millwall, Blackburn and Wolves included I think. A bit of a short lived journeyman I guess!

I've tried to block that season out. Aside from winning at Forest, Peterborough away and everything after was horrific. The play offs were horrific too.

 

I just looked and we won 3 games in 17. I remember how bad some of those games were - Wednesday H, Charlton H, Millwall H, Barnsley A (I think that was the one where Marshall lost it)...

Amazing how we crept into 6th and the play offs on the final day really for the Watford play off drama semis that ended sourly of course! I think we were top in January still too!

This is exactly where I am. I love the drama of following our club and even in these dark times I wouldn’t swap it for the bland existence of the likes of Everton.
