He’s already started

The only hope we can have a change in direction.. albeit under hand cuffs and a leaky roof.

Looks like he started in March

Hopefully plenty of time for him to now know what’s needed , IF he’s allowed I suppose

Has he got nice pictures up in his office of his first day showing he cares ? That is the important question

The recruitment of 25-30 Year olds is an interesting one and valid question too ask

All depends on the strategy, players at the lower end of that age spectrum can be very profitable with them approaching their prime, bring them in and sell them on,, and the players at the older end can bring experience and leadership for the younger developing players

Whatever McCarron was doing, earned him that promotion to global director

and I think that’s a green tick rather than a red flag

Their squad at the time was one of the youngest if not the youngest in the entire league. They were struggling to see out games with the lack of experience therefore he set out to buy experience to help out that issue for the upcoming season. Smart decision really and demonstrates the ability to see what’s missing, something this clubs lacked.

The fact he refused to go over 30 when looking for experience I actually took as a positive.

Leicester City sporting director James McCarron with chief football officer Jon Rudkin and chairman Aiyawatt 'Top' Srivaddhanaprabha

Top - See Nothing

Rudkin - Speak nothing

McCarron  - Let's hope he hears, see and Speaks to the fans and media.

In the next 10 days he should be doing an in depth interview laying a plan for the club going forward. This should coincide with the announcement of a new manager.

You know full well he is in his office wondering where the f**k everyone is, and will have instructions not to do anything without Rudkins approval.
