David Mills has been head of scouting forever. Eduardo Macia was Head of Recruitment post Walsh, then it was Lee C*n***t**, then Glover.

I meant proper scouts, as in successful ones.

Ever since Walsh left, I think we've signed more duds that winners.

Probably but that's as much on Rudkin as anybody - he allowed Congerton that level of autonomy and selected Glover. Plus he lets managers circumvent the scouts and analysts like Cooper making his hallmark signings like former England U17s, PL experience and an Ayew. Plus we get lumbered wth agent signings.

 

The HoR is a bigger problem than the scouting, I'd wager the scouts would not have signed about half of our shit players tbh
