Mark Posted 28 September 2004 Posted 28 September 2004 Havent banned anyone except people who deserve it like gagandeep! Dont know what you're on about. Troublemaker?
Leicesterfan1 Posted 28 September 2004 Posted 28 September 2004 Apparently the members called Craig... He hardly did anything wrong compared to some users...
Mark Posted 28 September 2004 Posted 28 September 2004 Apparently the members called Craig...He hardly did anything wrong compared to some users... 22934[/snapback] He got a 1 hour suspension due to continuous immature posts and childish wind ups on msn messenger which had to result in me blocking him. Can do without that sort of thing. So give up trying to make out i do stuff like that. I dont like him, but i wouldnt ban him because of that.
spirefox Posted 28 September 2004 Posted 28 September 2004 Glad to see my prediction come true, now for the promotion run.

Tit for tat if you ask me. Maybe you should lighten up a bit.
Mark Posted 28 September 2004 Posted 28 September 2004 I think what he said to me on Saturday deserved more than he got - and that was nothing. So stop sticking up for him, a 1 hour suspension is nothing. He'll get over it, this has nothing to do with Gillingham vs. Leicester, so back to the game where we won 2-0, Dublin and Heath the scorers.

Which has been lacking.
Scow Posted 28 September 2004 Posted 28 September 2004 I thought we would lose tonight, so it's a nice surprise. One win doesn't change my thoughts on Micky Adams - Gillingham are a poor team, let's not carried away. 0-0 against Preston anyone?

Guest Daniel Posted 29 September 2004 Posted 29 September 2004 Been to the match tonight, yet again come back to see some immature stuff from Craig the fan that doesnt even go and runs his mouth like an idiot. Anyway, not a bad game overall, not alot of football really, alot of balls for Benjamin (man of the match) to run on to. Definatly not changed my view on Adams, infact before the game started it increased my hate for him as he wasnt starting Tommy but to be fair Dion and Benjamin were both excellent, as was Scowcroft. First half was extremely poor from both teams, and very boring. Second half we had more possesion and a fair few chances. Not a bad night out, got a little wet and had a good sing song. There sending off ridicolous which resulted in the LEICESTER fans singing 'The referees a willy puller' with the Gillingham fans clapping us.
andy_croydz Posted 29 September 2004 Posted 29 September 2004 glad benjamin got man of match, dont mean nothing tho because petrescu reckons its ONLY gillingham <_< <_< !!!!!!
Guest Posted 29 September 2004 Posted 29 September 2004 I thought we looked better after scoring, similar to Rotherham where a weaker team on paper decided to go at us rather than stick 11 men behind a ball, and hope for a lucky break. Benjamin was brilliant; what he lacks in skill and ability, he makes up for with effort and application. He won a lot of balls, and deserved to have a goal, but it wasn't to be. Pressman played well, and even Scarecrow showed a bit of skill!! Whilst I am glad we won, I am still not convinced about the manager. If he plays Benji at the weekend, then that will be a step in the right direction.
Ric Flair Posted 29 September 2004 Posted 29 September 2004 It is a crying shame for Tommy Wright not to have got a start last night. To be fair to Benjamin he sounded like he had a good game last night, so well done to the lad. But if Adams was a fair man, Tommy should of got the nod ahead of Benji last night and i'll list the reasins why. 1) Tommy Wright has scored a few for the reserves this season and played well. Benji has started twice for the reserves and been subbed at half-time for being almost absent in the matches. 2) Trevor Benjamin has been nothing short of awful in 95% of the games he's played for Leicester and isn't it a touch unfair to keep playing him ahead of a home grown player who's doing well in the reserves and getting rave reviews from Peter Shirtliff? If Adams was fair, he would go on current form and Wright would of played. But no, he has just showed that form doesn't really have anything to do with it. Surprised he didn't start Wright and Stearman though as managers under pressure usually throw the kids in as a last resort and then they have another ready made excuse. Well done Benji though, about time you donkey!

So what you're saying is that Mickey picked a team that won, those people that went said Trev had a good game but it was still the wrong decision? If we had lost and Trev had played crap, your argument would have some validity. Sorry, I don't get it.

Cos let's face it, Preston won't just settle for a 1-0 defeat will they?

All I was stating was that Micky often swops and changes his team irrepective of performances or current form of players. Last night his decisions paid off and well done to Trev, but I was just stating a few facts that a fair manager who picks players on current form might have picked Tommy over the donkey. Not that hard really.

An unfair decision to me intimates that it is a wrong decision.
