Katy Posted 2 February 2006 Posted 2 February 2006 Everyone's allowed a favourite! I'm not the one with MdV in my sig. Touchy! I have pics of alot of players in my sig, I was trying to depict the limited happier times this season and then he goes and fecks off. MDV is nowhere near my fav, sorry to disappoint
Finnegan Posted 2 February 2006 Author Posted 2 February 2006 It doesn't take an expert in semiotics to point out he's the largest and most central image. Someone got a guilty pleasure?

IDEA OR IKEA Posted 2 February 2006 Posted 2 February 2006 I think you will find that it looks larger as its a close up. Now stop detracting from the fact you love Bob Earnshaw! I love them both and one day my dream of them both playing in the same team will come true
The People's Hero Posted 2 February 2006 Posted 2 February 2006 As Welsh strikers go... Well, he's no Iwan Roberts.
The People's Hero Posted 3 February 2006 Posted 3 February 2006 Iwan Roberts - LEG END Lives in the next village from me. Is indeed a legend.
Katy Posted 3 February 2006 Posted 3 February 2006 Lives in the next village from me. Is indeed a legend. He should co-commentate on RL more often we were great at QPR because of him
Cat Burger Posted 3 February 2006 Posted 3 February 2006 I met Iwan when I was a kid, and he said I was the first person he had seen with his name and number on the back of a shirt...Wonder if he remembers me?
Finnegan Posted 3 February 2006 Author Posted 3 February 2006 Haha. I remember going up to Iwan at Belviour Drive and greeting him in Welsh. He talked back in Welsh, but I was only a kid, got embarassed - and legged it. Such is the over-powering greatness of Iwan Roberts. And he comentates, in Welsh, on Welsh radio.
