Leicester Lass Posted 18 February 2006 Author Posted 18 February 2006 Anyone see the one that hit Filbert smack in the face when he was banging the stool on the floor
Guest Gist Posted 18 February 2006 Posted 18 February 2006 Was funny most people were going for it and the first one to reach the pitch receaved a nice cheer
Benji Posted 18 February 2006 Posted 18 February 2006 Damnit, missed out today then I remember the City vs Fosse one ended up in a right laugh with planes so i can imagine it today
Matt Posted 18 February 2006 Posted 18 February 2006 I made one and it nearly hit Henry when he was playing the PHG for the second time
Sparky Posted 18 February 2006 Posted 18 February 2006 a young kid in front of me got hit just below the eye , i felt a bit for him . not such great fun for everybody

MONreborn Posted 18 February 2006 Posted 18 February 2006 I couldn't get it on to the pitch But today i think showed that the Walkers Stadium can produce a great atmosphere, if the team play with passion. The last two games, in the Kop, have been fooooking brilliant. Like an away game. Get in, good times are just around the corner and there's no need to swap the kop around the walkers now feels like home before it was like a foreign ground now it's as if it's ours. (although we're renting it )

Chimp Posted 18 February 2006 Posted 18 February 2006 a young kid in front of me got hit just below the eye , i felt a bit for him . not such great fun for everybody I know how he feels, I got hit on the back of the ear (hey, they're big, it's genetic okay ) by a particularly sharp pointed plane. Seriously, you could've took someones eye out with it. So... if you insist on making the planes then, please, tear off the point before you throw them. Alternatively, you could be a bit more creative... http://www.origami.com/
Muz Posted 18 February 2006 Posted 18 February 2006 A woman infront of me , complained 'cos she took one straight in the face I hit a steward and got one close to the corner flag <_<
Jonbluefox9 Posted 18 February 2006 Posted 18 February 2006 I was glad that I was sitting one row from the back today so avoided getting hit. One bloke to the right of me in L1 seemed to make a really poor aeroplane which he threw and it just went up and down again. He looked a bit embarrassed. I followed one plane that was thrown from L1 with my eyes. It looked like it was heading towards the coppers in the corner but sweeped back in and hit a Leeds fan. Did anyone see the Leeds fan with his little drum? He looked like he was having a great time although he can't have been making much noise at all. Another thing I noticed about the away end, very few women. We have a very large amount of females in attendance at away games and home games. I struggled to spot one in the away corner today. Just a little thing I noticed.
Bert Posted 18 February 2006 Posted 18 February 2006 I sit too far back to reach the pitch and i'm poo at making paper aeroplanes Some bloke did a good one though, got it on the pitch and a decent cheer went up.

Just a little thing I noticed. and there were very few people over 50.. it looked as though 95% of leeds away support were male aged 16-40 which is why often they are loud and stand up every game and support there team..however i was disappointed with there support today was expecting more.. they were crap today though on the pitch
Gené and Tonic Posted 18 February 2006 Posted 18 February 2006 Mine hit a bold bloke right on the noggin

I was on the front row with my little brother and I just told him, "dont turn around whatever you do!"
Flemmish Posted 19 February 2006 Posted 19 February 2006 My paper aeroplane was took off me by the stewards, It's only some harmless fun... <_<
vanfox12 Posted 19 February 2006 Posted 19 February 2006 How many trees were cut down to produce all those red cards? i wonder if the club will be recycling them for the next big vote.
AyewJoking Posted 19 February 2006 Posted 19 February 2006 maybe part of just one tree, not the end of the world is it.
vanfox12 Posted 19 February 2006 Posted 19 February 2006 maybe part of just one tree, not the end of the world is it. It was mean't as a joke but hey someone else is bound to say the club is wasting money on such exercises.
