Guest Posted 21 February 2006 Posted 21 February 2006 and there were very few people over 50.. it looked as though 95% of leeds away support were male aged 16-40 which is why often they are loud and stand up every game and support there team..however i was disappointed with there support today was expecting more.. they were crap today though on the pitch Because only males between the ages of 16-40 make any noise or want to stand up at games.
Random Burglar Posted 21 February 2006 Posted 21 February 2006 Because only males between the ages of 16-40 make any noise or want to stand up at games. Women should be seen but not heard...
Babylon Posted 21 February 2006 Posted 21 February 2006 Women should be seen but not heard... Any only seen in a) the bedroom or b) coming out of the kitchen with the dinner.
Ric Flair Posted 21 February 2006 Posted 21 February 2006 Any only seen in a) the bedroom or b) coming out of the kitchen with the dinner. Or the garage with the lawn mower. Independant women, i'm all for it.
leicester1884 Posted 21 February 2006 Posted 21 February 2006 Because only males between the ages of 16-40 make any noise or want to stand up at games. But the vast majority of those who do, are males aged between 16-40
Leicester City Posted 21 February 2006 Posted 21 February 2006 I flew 2. One hit someone on the head about 2 rows in front! And the other reached the grass! Right at the top i was too!
wonderboy Posted 21 February 2006 Posted 21 February 2006 Or the garage with the lawn mower. Independant women, i'm all for it. Independant women are dangerous they try to change you ie wearing slippers going shopping with them then putting everything back we take off the shelves
Guest Posted 22 February 2006 Posted 22 February 2006 But the vast majority of those who do, are males aged between 16-40 The original post I referred to alluded to the fact that only males aged 16-40 do.So your point is?
Guest Posted 22 February 2006 Posted 22 February 2006 Independant women are dangerous they try to change you ie wearing slippers going shopping with them then putting everything back we take off the shelves The problem being........?
leicester1884 Posted 22 February 2006 Posted 22 February 2006 The original post I referred to alluded to the fact that only males aged 16-40 do. So your point is? Just that through years of following football it's obvious that the majority of those who wish to make noise, stand up etc are males aged between 16-40. Therefore those teams where 16-40 year old males make up the vast majority of the support always tend to create a better atmosphere. Can never remember that many women, kids or OAP'S in the old Pen's 1 or 2.
Cobbo Posted 22 February 2006 Posted 22 February 2006 Someone's gonna get their eyes poked out by one of them things. Nutters at football games nowadays, it's like we're back in the medevil days of the 70's and 80's. I for one will be wearing my cricket helmet to games in future.
Milky Posted 22 February 2006 Posted 22 February 2006 i wasn't taking any risks. every time i looked round behind me, i made sure i had my hands over my eyes. just give us some mild porn like a couple of season ago city, we can wave that around instead.

And what does that have to do with someone inferring that only, and I repeat, ONLY males between 16-40 create any atmosphere?Noone's denying that it's a majority, so the point you're making has no relevance. Can never remember that many women, kids or OAP'S in the old Pen's 1 or 2. You obviously weren't looking hard enough, then.
leicester1884 Posted 23 February 2006 Posted 23 February 2006 And what does that have to do with someone inferring that only, and I repeat, ONLY males between 16-40 create any atmosphere I cannot remember anybody stating ONLY males aged between 16-40 contributed to the atmosphere at football games. Depends on the way you interpretated the original statement. This is boring now anyway. I shall be keeping an eye out for all these women leading the chants at Portman Rd tomorrow
