Unless i'm mistaken, the board members and chairman are above TD. Is TD a shareholder?

and of course this will include The Foxes Trust themselves as the 13th largest shareholder!!!!

No one will ever tell the fans of what is going on behind the scenes as they think they know best and think that the fans will just let them get on with it.

this is the fans club not the 20 or so suit wearers who cant even tell the fans what is really going on

Just been busy on other message boards & we are not hiding anywhere.

As we stated on TalkingBalls - We are aware of some things we cannot reveal at the request of the club & we will respect that as good practice within employment law.

That isn't being gagged, but is being responsible - we do not wish to post information that could harm the club. Remember Mr Wise won his case for procedures not being handled correctly.

So Barton in the organisation called LCFC who is above TD as you state above? Feel free to PM us if you don't wish to post on here

Been busy on other messageboards lol lol lol I appreciate you are volunteers but you are more likely to 'face the music' on here and The Fox.

BTW, thanks for confirming that the rumours are true. Of course you are beijg gagged, it is clear for all to see that the Club is being run by a bunch of no-hopers but you lot seem happy to sit back and enjoy the elevated status of boardroom passes instead of challenging them on securing the future of the Club.

As for your last paragraph, it clearly demonstrates you don't actually know too much about firstly the workings of a football club and secondly what people get up to when preparing to launch a takeover bid. Once again you have shown yoursleves to be Tim Davies's lap dogs and your support amongst the people that really matter is erroding each passing day.

No because although FT have invested far more than many of the directors we still do not have voting rights.

Some directors invested as little as £25k yet are full board members FT on the other hand were told that a minium of £500k would nbe required to obtain full board membership. What a load of crap.

These share holder/board members have no intention of listening to the fans or there representatives. FT have little input and are unable to let the fans know what is going on anyway.

Bythe way Greg Clarke was shown as the biggest director/shareholder in the May accounts with 413,000 shares. There may be others with more but thay are not itemised in the accounts.

If anyone deserves the title of 'nob head' I think it should be you. He doesn't just do the PA on matchday as you keep on saying. He's at the training ground most days. He's a good character to have around the training ground especially when things aren't going too well on the pitch. He's always got time for the fans. My mates went down to Belvoir Drive once and the players weren't training outside that day, Birch took them on a tour of the training ground to make sure they hadn't had a wasted journey. He tries to organise presents for supporters as you may have seen him in the stands before home games (if you actually attend matches). He's enhanced the image of our club as an important part of the community with his charity runs. When he hands over £1,000 to a charity he is representing LCFC and this must improve the way that charity views our club.

Jankers, are your mum and dad from Mountsorrel then as that was where the Birch was living last time I heard?

That was me Jonny, the guy is a legend, took us for a tour round the whole training ground and we met cl who seemed like a decent bloke.:thumbup: Save the Birch

Leicester City cost-cutting when they lose they lose their parachute payments at the end of the season are understood to threaten the future employment of tailsman Alan Birchenall, Who has spent 35 years at the club as a player and official. The Birch has responded by turning up at training with a knife strapped to his back.

Well it looks like he hasn't gone, yet anyway.

Denise, wife of former City midfielder Gary, lost her six-year battle against breast cancer on Friday, and club co-ordinator Alan Birchenall sent out the following message on behalf of the club and its fans.
