Lee just had his last week , passed with 1 minor. Just relax and dont scare the tester. Drive smoothly and dont worry about if you fail, we all get there in the end .

(those of you who know Lee , will note that Mark was gutted cos he took two times to pass )

If the examiner asks you to go straight on at the next roundabout, don't go straight over the roundabout, as a friend of mine once did.

Relax, and remember your mirrors.

When I passed my test we didnt have all this theory malarky but it was still terrifying! I passed first time although I dont know why at the time  The best thing is, as people have said, is to relax and think about what the examiner is telling you, keep your wits about you and always be aware of what is going on around you.

Remember: Mirror, Signal, Manoeuver

Good Luck!

Or just remember to look randomly into the mirrors every 5 secs. (what my instructor told me) - you wont use them when you have passed.

When you are pulling of you need to use your mirrors though, hence mirror, signal, manoeuver but yes after that you dont really use them apart from changing lanes and merging into roads.

My instructor also told me "keep to the left and you'll always be right" but then he did used to tap my leg with a stick when I used to 'ride the clutch' :( it didnt work though as I still do it now.

I live on the clutch - just hold it down all the time - bliss

No you can get treated via the NHS like everyone else.

I'm not sure that the NHS do rectal stickectomies :D

I do that also, Got through about 2 clutches on my Corsa and when I was selling it I think the clutch that was on it was on it way out, Mind you that along with Wheel Spinning really isn't healthy for the car or clutch...:unsure:lol
