theres a story of some bloke in the paper today ; was caught speeding in a 30 mph zone and so he stole a 40 mph sign ( from 10 miles away) and swapped it over with the 30 mph one, and then claimed it had been there when he was flashed :P t*sser just to avoid a £60 fine

I'm a good boy. Never had a fine or any conviction. :P

There is the story of the women who traveled over to Germany or somewhere had got someone else to take the rap to avoid a fine. It cost her more to do that than pay the fine.

matt - get a road angel if you think you will get caught. theyre a handy device cos they notify you of all speed cameras and mobile cameras. £200 though. or just dont speed which is easier and safer?

only till april till i have 2 years driving under the belt and wont get licence robbed if i get 6 pts :D

Have looked at the Road Angel, bit too expensive at the moment, Rather spend money on sterio/wheels at the moment! lol

I only have till next Feb till I get my full allowence of points.

Sure it'll fly by though! Only another 6 months, not really that long anyway.

im sure you will be fine. i used my mates road angel when i went skeggy on tues and its proper handy as theres about 8 speed cameras en route. annoying that my clock is out though, speedo shows 70 dead on. road angel shows 68 mph and is spot on due to the satellites technology it uses

for cheap stereo gear my mate at work told me about www.icecool.com or www.icecool.co.uk ... theyre based in notts and he got a £120 head unit for £40. apparently they do everything cheap, brand new with gaurentees.i cant comment for this myself as i havent used them but they sound promising to me. tomorrow im fitting new front speakers for this missus. fun task!!

Friend of mine mum got a parking ticket when out shopping for being parked in a disabled bay, she has a friend who is disabled so claimed she was shopping with her friend and sent off the green sticker thing and got let off for it as they couldn't prove she wasnt with her, although she actually wasnt!
