Trust me, I've played with loads of guys my age who are pretty decent with a ball but have no clue about positioning and formations as well as agreements between players...

Although I can see what you're saying Shen, you can have some footballers who might have immense talent, but actually know very little about the game. But I can honestly say that Ash knows what he's talking about, although he can be a bit wacky with his views sometimes.
