I agree that knowing a lot of trivial stuff about footie alone doesn't make you knowledgable, but knowing about tactics, good/bad players, being able to spot these, knowing about football outside the club that you support, and just loving the game, makes you knowledgeable IMO. And to be fair, you don't need to be good at playing football to be knowledgeable..

I mean normally the crapest players of football know the most about football....probably because they sit on their arses all day watching it However Ash is a good lad and I rarely disagree with him on football related things.
