BartonFox Posted 16 September 2006 Posted 16 September 2006 A very good friend of mine, he lives abroad now but went to school in Oadby, moved their 1 year before the day that happened. He lived 10 miles from there To think the Scottish prison service kept the bombing scumbag safe in Barlinie Prison from the rest of the inmates
Daggers Posted 16 September 2006 Posted 16 September 2006 I still remember the empty feeling I had when I heard about it.
Head Honcho Posted 16 September 2006 Posted 16 September 2006 Oddly, to take just one example, the UK is not rid of corruption but doesn't, overall, seem to have a big problem with famine. Nor does Italy, which is even more visibly corrupt. Nor the US, where corruption is also endemic You can't compare the corruption that leads to the deaths of million with anything. At least in the west when corruption is uncovered we do something about it, unfortunately the corruption in Africa starts at the top, the very top!
Alexikokopops Posted 16 September 2006 Posted 16 September 2006 I still remember the empty feeling I had when I heard about it. The Stacey West stand at Sincil Bank (Lincoln's ground) is named after the two Lincoln supporters who died in the fire, Bill Stacey and Jim West. Fact of the day.
