Maybes Posted 28 September 2006 Posted 28 September 2006 At the office once again. Meant to be working but currently browsing FT
Rincewind Posted 28 September 2006 Posted 28 September 2006 I am at home after going out earlier and not being at home until I got back. While I was out (not at home) I went by that discount bookshop on Gallowtree Gate and just inside on display they had a book which may interest the pillagers amongst you. 'Pirates - An Illustrated History' Only £3.50. A high sea steal at that price. If the ones who were budding pirates have reformed and become model citezens I apologise.
lookwhaticando Posted 28 September 2006 Posted 28 September 2006 'avin' breakfast at 11:11am. Life's good this morning.
Daggers Posted 28 September 2006 Posted 28 September 2006 The going up is easy, it's the coming down. The only exercise you can do, to my knowledge, that will help is squats. :pinch: I'm cycling
Fez of Mahrez Posted 28 September 2006 Posted 28 September 2006 While I was out (not at home) So glad you clarified that.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 28 September 2006 Posted 28 September 2006 I'm cycling In a day or two I will have broadband internet in my bedroom. Once I have positioned my exercise bike and bought a table/stand big enough and tall enough to put my cordless mouse at a comfortable height, I can increase my productivity by 10000%* *approx.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 28 September 2006 Posted 28 September 2006 Is the PC connected to the bike then? Now there's an idea.....
Daggers Posted 28 September 2006 Posted 28 September 2006 Is the PC connected to the bike then? Mine is It pulls up stats as you're riding or adjusts the resistance on the wheel depending on the gradient being displayed on the screen. Terribly complicated, but it means I'm not going to get all wet, cold and run over this winter
davieG Posted 30 September 2006 Author Posted 30 September 2006 I'm back home, well that's more exciting than the commentary isn't it?
MC Prussian Posted 30 September 2006 Posted 30 September 2006 I'm back home, too. And I wonder when we'll score a goal again...
Finnegan Posted 30 September 2006 Posted 30 September 2006 Radio 4 style "and now I'm eating a peanut" cricket commentary is more interesting than this.
cisono Posted 30 September 2006 Posted 30 September 2006 Back home after one and a half hours of leafletting... (and some drizzle). Of course, now that I am back indoors, the sun is shining again
lookwhaticando Posted 30 September 2006 Posted 30 September 2006 Back home after one and a half hours of leafletting... (and some drizzle). Of course, now that I am back indoors, the sun is shining again Sods law. :pinch:
