Fez of Mahrez Posted 30 September 2006 Posted 30 September 2006 Question: Has he actually offered Asaba a contract? Answer: Doesn't look like it right now. Question 2: So why are people slagging RK off for 'signing' a striker he hasn't actually signed? Answer: Anyone? Lookwhatcanido GETS TOUGH. Don't mess.

lookwhaticando Posted 30 September 2006 Posted 30 September 2006 sometimes i come here and leave the board more confused as to whats happening with regards to city after asking questions. I'll help. At the present time, Carl Asaba is not on the books at Leicester City. We have not signed him. Happy?
AyewJoking Posted 30 September 2006 Posted 30 September 2006 Well you know what I think now so if we DO sign him then I will be able to say I told you so or if he saves our season then I will have to eat my words.
willy37 Posted 1 October 2006 Posted 1 October 2006 anyone know if hes still on trial with us? cant really see him adding anything to the team if we give him a contract
lcfc_jme Posted 1 October 2006 Posted 1 October 2006 anyone know if hes still on trial with us? cant really see him adding anything to the team if we give him a contract Surely we'd have been told if he was no longer on trial with us. At the end of his trial, he would/will either be offered a contract or released, and there's always an official statement from the club to go with it, and as far as I'm aware, there has been no such statement yet, so yes he is still on trial
Ric Flair Posted 2 October 2006 Author Posted 2 October 2006 I can't believe I made up this signing, then admitted i'd made it up, yet still people believed that we had signed him with no proof. I'm going to be running a series of these soon then without any evidence to back-up my claims and I expect you to still believe them.
BartonFox Posted 2 October 2006 Posted 2 October 2006 Wern't as good as the Tim Davies hoax though Ric. My all time favourite thread

They seem to specialise in that kind of work.
