Lineker's Left Foot Posted 29 November 2005 Posted 29 November 2005 Yeah, always loved 'em and album is definitely better than All That You Can't Leave Behind !!! However, bit disappointed with stuff like All Because of You - horrible track live Elevation - but Vertigo is quality. I love their older stuff however and must be the only fan who adores the Pop album and their experimental electronic music as The Passengers and also the Million Dollar Hotel soundtrack which has a laidback Jazz feel to it. Think they've had their day now though and actually I think SIMPLE MINDS make better music anyway and so do THE CURE.
