Head Honcho Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 Keeper was stuck in the dressing waiting for an ambulance for over 30 minutes to take him to the hospital!! I can see his point. Every racecourse is required to have two ambulances in attendance before racing starts I don't see why football clubs can't be required to have at least one

Daggers Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 I can see his point. I don't understand why the moaning twat didn't just make a recommendation to the FA about it before having the arseache at a press conference. I wonder if he's like it at breakfast and teatime at home?
Ultra Posted 17 October 2006 Posted 17 October 2006 But for all he or anyone else knew at the time, Cech could have suffered serious brain damage. As it is, he still may be out for up to a year. There's no reason why an ambulance shouldn't have been immediately available to take him to hospital. Maybe the Premiership will make it mandatory in future that one is in attendance. Even if Mourinho is exaggerating for his own purposes (notice how he avoided discussing Barcelona yesterday?), he was right to expose a weakness in health and safety provision.
Finnegan Posted 18 October 2006 Posted 18 October 2006 Thirty minutes my arse. Reports have surfaced everywhere that from the time the phone call was received to the time Cech was in hospital was a total of 26 minutes. How the fook would Mourinho know, hed be watching the game. He really has gone too far this time. What a complete and total twat.
SystonFox Posted 18 October 2006 Posted 18 October 2006 Reading have released a timeline of events and i dont see why as a football club they would make it up. Mourinho is a liar and should be fined / charged for these slanderous comments and bringing the game into disrepute. is he trying to get Chelsea hated everywhere?you cant say something like that "If He Dies in the dressing room it is Readings fault" etc etc. c0ck
gatesheadfox Posted 18 October 2006 Posted 18 October 2006 hed be watching the game no he fookin wouldn't! he'd be looking at last nights dinner as his head is shoved so far up his own arse. i actually hate the bloke a little more every time he opens his ignorant little mouth. could you imagine if you had to work with the little **** day in day out like cech, i'd want to be hospitalised just to avoid the ****, but i do wish the lad the best in his recovery of course
Shum Posted 18 October 2006 Posted 18 October 2006 I'd take the facts from Reading FC over the emotion of Mourinho, the guy is making me hate him! COME ON BARCELONA!
gatesheadfox Posted 18 October 2006 Posted 18 October 2006 the guy is making me hate him! he doesn't need to make much effort to do that with most people. as my above post suggests, i am not too keen on him
act smiley Posted 18 October 2006 Posted 18 October 2006 he was right to expose a weakness in health and safety provision. Except it was seven minutes for the ambulance to get there according to both Reading and the ambulance guys, five extra minutes came from the time it took Reading to call for it, the rest came from the Chelsea team doctor deciding whether an ambulance was needed. There's no reason why an ambulance shouldn't have been immediately available to take him to hospital. They offered them the same as anyone else, just cause they're on TV doesn't mean they deserve to tie up an ambulance for 90 minutes that could be out somewhere saving peoples lives, rather than sitting around just in case someone gets injured where there are already medics and doctors and such there to try and keep the person alive until the ambulance arrives.

Milky Posted 19 October 2006 Posted 19 October 2006 Mourinho an embarressment, says MP! Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has been so "ludicrous" over Reading's treatment of his injured goalkeeper that he has become "an embarrassment", an MP says.
