I have never set a foot in KFC (and hope never to do so in the future either) you should nothing wrong with eating food from these fast restaurants as long as it is occasionally, i dont care what is in them if your like me and in fine shape it wont make much difference to your weight. all though i understand why people try to stay away.

All of the 20th century's cultural icons have just passed you by aside from cellular technology. Go get a bargain bucket and wash it all down with some Eccles cakes.
