lcfcalan Posted 22 November 2006 Posted 22 November 2006 Well it is that time of year, we went to the supermarket to get some fresh crusty loaves and a few meats from the deli counter, but as we walked around Mrs Al was saying we will get that , for Christmas. And so it stands that we have about 40 quids worth of stuff in the cupboard, just for Christmas. I hope we soon get some stuff for me and the family to eat, Christmas is getting loads !!

Head Honcho Posted 23 November 2006 Posted 23 November 2006 I'm off shopping with the missus tomorrow, trouble is she wants a car Luckily she'll only buy one from a certain garage so I won't have to traipse around every one in Cardiff The bank account is going to get a lot lighter between now and January

Scarby Posted 23 November 2006 Posted 23 November 2006 i dont understand people buying more food for xmas, in fact it annoys me. In the new year 99% of them will moan they have out on too much weight over the festive period. DONT FECKING BUY AND EAT THE FOOD THEN

It'll be pretty cold by UK standards, that's for sure. Around the new year, I'd expect it to be at least 5 degrees below zero. And if Ottawa is anything to go by, it'll definitely be covered with snow.
Katy Posted 23 November 2006 Posted 23 November 2006 exactly who the hell is this 'christmas' character? he's got loads waiting at my house too! <_< He has? It must be in hiding then as the cupboards are bare!
Daggers Posted 23 November 2006 Posted 23 November 2006 Mrs DB wants a computer. I'm a ****ing student and she wants me to buy her a computer! Can one of you tax-payers send me some money in advance to get it with, I'll write you a note that you can send to the Inland Revenue. Cheers.
