Flynny Posted 7 January 2007 Posted 7 January 2007 I knew we shouldn't have let him go Crap decision indeed. He was never really THAT bad, surely?! Kelly out!
Simi Posted 7 January 2007 Posted 7 January 2007 I knew we shouldn't have let him go Did it hit the post hit Low and land at Tricky Trev's foot ?
dandannieldanok Posted 7 January 2007 Posted 7 January 2007 He didn't even get the credit for it on the BBC: report
Flynny Posted 7 January 2007 Posted 7 January 2007 He didn't even get the credit for it on the BBC: report Did they credit it to James Lwo or something?
JoeyB Posted 7 January 2007 Posted 7 January 2007 josh low is a good player, i dont think he was given enough time at leicester. his first couple of games were promising but since them i think he lacked confindance after being droped and never regained it
dandannieldanok Posted 7 January 2007 Posted 7 January 2007 Did they credit it to James Lwo or something? No they got the player name right but the actual player wrong. They said it was Mark Arber but it was defintely Low.
Simi Posted 7 January 2007 Posted 7 January 2007 josh low is a good player, i dont think he was given enough time at leicester. his first couple of games were promising but since them i think he lacked confindance after being droped and never regained it I can safely say I have never seen him have a better game than alot of the people who have played on the right wing. I saw him play at Lincoln pre season, he was awful then. When 100k was offered for him I think we were right to jump at the chance and take the money.
Mikey Posted 7 January 2007 Posted 7 January 2007 To be honest I thought he is very very poor and we were right to get rid of him. I would have only thought we would have got 50k out of at the most. He also got booked for The Posh
Daggers Posted 8 January 2007 Posted 8 January 2007 josh low is a good player Drugs are bad - mmmmmkay?
the_don Posted 8 January 2007 Posted 8 January 2007 I'm a friend of Fezzler's, a Northampton fan. We quite often over the summer discussed how Josh wasn't going to be good enough for you lot. To be honest he wasn't really that much good when he was playing for us. I've seen all the discussion about him and agree with most of it. Always used to infuriate me when he ducked out of tackles/headers and he only seemed to try and beat people he was sure he would succeed against, so pretty toothless altogether. I laughed hard when I heard you'd made a tidy transfer fee out of him. Kelly actually did something right (Fezzler has indoctrinated me against him) So, hello all. It's taken me a while to take the plunge and sign up but i'm hoping to enjoy myself!
Ultra Posted 8 January 2007 Posted 8 January 2007 To be honest I thought he is very very poor and we were right to get rid of him. I would have only thought we would have got 50k out of at the most. We probably did. The £100k figure, so widely quoted on here, is only applicable if Posh get promoted (unlikely) or J-Low wins more Welsh caps (surely they couldn't be THAT desperate?)
Mort Posted 10 January 2007 Posted 10 January 2007 josh low is a good player, i dont think he was given enough time at leicester. Dear God! Next You'll be saying Johnson's a good player and Douglas a good keeper ... oh wait
lookwhaticando Posted 11 January 2007 Posted 11 January 2007 Dear God! Next You'll be saying Johnson's a good player and Douglas a good keeper ... oh wait lol Frankly we're better off without. He was ineffectual. End of. Anyone who thinks differently ought to book themselves a check-up from the neck up.
Manwell Pablo Posted 11 January 2007 Posted 11 January 2007 We probably did. The £100k figure, so widely quoted on here, is only applicable if Posh get promoted (unlikely) or J-Low wins more Welsh caps (surely they couldn't be THAT desperate?) I don't ever remember him playing for Wales. Under 21's maybe. Is that information a guess (probabley wrong) or has it come from one of your many "sources"? The same ones who told u Lee Cook was valued at 4 mil (only 6 million out) and that Sven was going to West Ham (definatley wrong)
Leonisco Posted 11 January 2007 Posted 11 January 2007 Drugs are bad - mmmmmkay? And if you don't believe me ask your daaaaaaaayd!
LCFCIMPS Posted 11 January 2007 Posted 11 January 2007 He may do well at posh but lets remember League Two not the same level as Championship.
