Knighton Matt Posted 15 August 2006 Posted 15 August 2006 I thought you were talking about the CLEAVAGE thread
Fez of Mahrez Posted 15 August 2006 Author Posted 15 August 2006 I thought you were talking about the CLEAVAGE thread The dirty "posh" uni girl that Lip had a bit of in the last series would have fitted right in over there.
Ultra Posted 16 August 2006 Posted 16 August 2006 Just bought the first series on DVD in HMV for £6.99 Larve it! Bargain!
cisono Posted 16 August 2006 Posted 16 August 2006 Bargain! I tend not to buy DVDs until they get below the £5 price mark...
lookwhaticando Posted 16 August 2006 Posted 16 August 2006 I tend not to buy DVDs until they get below the £5 price mark... And you think people trying to get in a cheap round of drinks is being tight. :pinch:
cisono Posted 16 August 2006 Posted 16 August 2006 And you think people trying to get in a cheap round of drinks is being tight. :pinch: It's a totally different kettle of fish
lookwhaticando Posted 17 August 2006 Posted 17 August 2006 It's a totally different kettle of fish Sure it is.
cisono Posted 17 August 2006 Posted 17 August 2006 Sure it is. Yes it is! If something is for me, I want to get it at the cheapest possible price. If it is a present or something, price is generally the last thing to be considered... (Luckily, I don't want TPH - he would be expensive with all that wine etc )

It doesn't qualify for quality-before-cost evaluation, as is the norm for selecting a gift. Completely different kettles of fish, again. As for our TPH, he does seem quite pricey.
samcobblin Posted 9 January 2007 Posted 9 January 2007 15 minutes till the start of the 4th series Bloody love it!!!!!
Head Honcho Posted 9 January 2007 Posted 9 January 2007 I've gotta wait till Thursday .............bloody S4C
Daggers Posted 9 January 2007 Posted 9 January 2007 Stupid amount of trying to tie in new threads from the missing people....shame, because it was the best written thing on TV. Hopefully next week will start to take it forward. Not happy ~ I loved Shameless but this was like the inevitable ending of a relationship with the girl you loved a lot but realised it was never going to work as soon as she left to go to University.

Yeah, i was a little disappointed with it aswell.
Finnegan Posted 10 January 2007 Posted 10 January 2007 Disagree with you both. Sure, we'll miss Kev and V but I think the McGuires (sp?) are fooking hillarious. Me and my flatmates sat and pissed ourselves giggling through the first two episodes of the new series, today. I've NEVER liked Norma / Frank's old wife but I'll get used to them I suppose. Certainly hasn't disappointed us so far. One criticism: 'Vonne looked much better as a redhead! She actually looked old and ragged as a dirty blonde!
Daggers Posted 10 January 2007 Posted 10 January 2007 Disagree with you both ...but what about all the internal dialogue? None of it was internalised! Everything was labouriously explained just so Nutz readers could keep up and understand what was going on - I haven't checked but I'm prepared to gamble there's been a change on the writing team.
Leonisco Posted 10 January 2007 Posted 10 January 2007 Absolutely brilliant programme. Marty is King!
Leicester Lass Posted 10 January 2007 Posted 10 January 2007 I love it. Agree with Leonisco, Marty is the man
