MC Prussian Posted 9 February 2007 Posted 9 February 2007 4-0. Doesn't make our club's job any easier, does it? The gap is disappearing and we're moving alarmingly close to the bottom of the table, without even having played.

Wils Posted 9 February 2007 Posted 9 February 2007 Shiiit. And we could only manage a draw against QPR. Oh dear.
Joe. Posted 9 February 2007 Posted 9 February 2007 Wow, what a win. That couldn;t have come at a better time for them. Well played Southend
dandannieldanok Posted 9 February 2007 Posted 9 February 2007 I know this result doesnt help us at all but it is good to see Leeds 4 points adrift at the bottom. City and Cov have scored the least goals in the league due to this result to, a meagre 30 each.
lookwhaticando Posted 9 February 2007 Posted 9 February 2007 This is shaping up to be quite a relegation battle. Lovely. Just hope we don't get dragged too deep. QPR's defence must be well shit to concede so many goals against the former least-scorers. So why the hell didn't we bang many past them?
lookwhaticando Posted 9 February 2007 Posted 9 February 2007 City and Cov have scored the least goals in the league due to this result to, a meagre 30 each. It gets worse. We've scored the fewest at home - 16, the same as Leeds. We also have joint fewest home wins - 5 with about 4 other teams (again including Leeds). The numbers actually look quite frightening. 5 wins, 5 draws, 5 losses, only 16 scored and 17 conceded. And that's just our home form, let alone our disastrous away form! Played 15 away (15 home) - won 3, drawn 5, lost 7. Scored 14 conceded 22. We look awful.
BartonFox Posted 9 February 2007 Posted 9 February 2007 We are not awful we have a wonderful coach as manager.
MC Prussian Posted 9 February 2007 Author Posted 9 February 2007 We are not awful we have a wonderful coach as manager. Just don't forget to start the match thread tomorrow. Just in case.
Simi Posted 9 February 2007 Posted 9 February 2007 Not a great result for us. How many did Eastwood get
lookwhaticando Posted 10 February 2007 Posted 10 February 2007 Not a great result for us. How many did Eastwood get Roughly... none. Precisely... none. Before you ask, yes, he did play - a whole 86 minutes, indeed.
Steven Posted 10 February 2007 Posted 10 February 2007 We are not awful we have a wonderful coach as manager. ... and we have smashing lads as players.
Simi Posted 10 February 2007 Posted 10 February 2007 Roughly... none. Precisely... none. Before you ask, yes, he did play - a whole 86 minutes, indeed. Shcoking news. Southend score 5 and Eastwood doesn't score All the teams around the bottom are winning now we are one of the only ones not.
The People's Hero Posted 10 February 2007 Posted 10 February 2007 Dunno what everyone is worried about. Rk is a nice bloke, apparently, and that will keep us up, apparently.
MC Prussian Posted 10 February 2007 Author Posted 10 February 2007 Dunno what everyone is worried about. Rk is a nice bloke, apparently, and that will keep us up, apparently. In addition to that, he will double his efforts on the training ground next week - no matter what the outcome in today's game will be. Pure genius.
Brainy Posted 10 February 2007 Posted 10 February 2007 Goodluck Southend. A squad with nobody special in with a fighting spirit.
MC Prussian Posted 10 February 2007 Author Posted 10 February 2007 Goodluck Southend. A squad with nobody special in with a fighting spirit. Sounds just like our squad. Without the fighting spirit.
Brainy Posted 10 February 2007 Posted 10 February 2007 Are any of our players over-rated? Mr. Frederic Eastwood is, not as much as Mr. D Nugent - if he's worth 6 million, Andy Johnson is worth at least 50k..
