Katy Posted 28 January 2005 Posted 28 January 2005 Brummy acents are class, such a laid back drone to them. The Luton/Londony accent of which I am inflicted with means I don't pronounce any T's. For example down here in lu'on we drink wa'er. Really horrible. By the way the chances are that NONE of you haver heard a cockney accent, you are mistaking it for a common London accent. Cockneys are those who live within hearing distance of the chimes of Westminster, they are basically a dying bread. 60194[/snapback] Yay loving the brummie accent - probably because most of the brummie fellas I know are FIT!!

shen Posted 28 January 2005 Posted 28 January 2005 Love the Irish and Scottish accents... the most entertaining has to be the Indian accent though Brummie and American (in general) are terrible, and cockney can become too much... ..IMO
