Thracian Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 Not a good deal. Fryatt has got huge potential that's yet to be seen cos of injury. Why get rid now when we've hardly seen the rewards of what he can do. Even assuming he finally and permanently gets over his injury problems Fryatt is too limited a striker to have "huge potential". Such abilities as he does have when he's not injured will be countered by good defenders and, if they are, he is missing so many other qualities that good centre-forwards can turn to. A fit Fryatt will always score some goals because of his clever feet and goodish instincts. But the higher he goes - and Championship level is about as good as he'll get - the more he'll find out how frustrating his limitations are. On the one hand I feel Leicester need to get him fit and try to lift his value again. On the other there's an argument which says we should cut our losses and go for a striker who really can get 18/20 goals a season. Which of those is right should be readily evident before the end of September. Cos without that level of contribution from our strikers, MM, MA and Leicester City will be going nowhere.
MPH Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 True, yesterday someone else posted it as £1.5million. skysports has a section where people can write in with their own transfer rumors. so this is ALL this c&p is - a rumor. from the url http://home.skysports.com/list.aspx?hlid=466987 i read this about billy. My uncle is the kit man at Reading. He has seen Billy Sharp at the ground today for medicial michael barclay - Reading IF this is true, cant blame him going to the prem.
Finnegan Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 I've got this bible though with most of the pages missing that I bought from a shady Welshman? That's funny. I've got a bible with some of the pages missing that I bought from a shady Welshman. You have to donate further to the Church of Pirateology to gain access to the latter pages.
Lord Nibblington Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 You have to donate further to the Church of Pirateology to gain access to the latter pages. Can I not just swash and or buckle my way to access to the latter pages?
The People's Hero Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 Are the other pages as dull, fictitious and preachy as the ones I have? If so, I don't think I'll bother.
Finnegan Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 Well that is how we expect you to gather your funds, just call it a tribute or commission. Suing your rival pirates, denying your sexual preferences and using chat show sofas as a trampoline are further advised to raise your profile. Are the other pages as dull, fictitious and preachy as the ones I have? No, not at all. The more you donate, the deeper the secrets of the Church of Pirateology are revealed to you!
The People's Hero Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 I just want to learn the 'water to wine' trick. Jesus had it down to a fine art. Then they killed him before he could pass on the secret. Bastards.
Lord Nibblington Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 I just want to learn the 'water to wine' trick. Jesus had it down to a fine art. Then they killed him before he could pass on the secret.Bastards. So we're saying Jesus was a pirate? Explains a lot.

Ahh, page 674. The Evil Pirate Lord Weenu Jesus deems this a most holy of secrets and is usually revealed after the $44000 mark.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 What the f**k are you lot on about? Can we keep this on topic please? Honestly, some people.
Lord Nibblington Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 We are on topic. I'm sure Bill Sharp is a pirate. And if he's not, he sounds like he should be.
dandannieldanok Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 I'm surprised this topic has lasted the pace as the only source provided has been from the ever-reliable football-rumours.com

The People's Hero Posted 15 June 2007 Posted 15 June 2007 Errrmm... what were we talking about before? Was it Manwell's disappearance? Got it - it was the standard of moderation? Why the kop can't be moved?
