I'd like to see him get fit this pre-season and get back to getting a few goals but something tells me he just isnt quite the player we all wanted him to be.

Simon Posted 4 July 2007 Posted 4 July 2007 It says on the OS that we've rejected a bid from them... I might add that MA doesn't say he's not for sale- merely that the amount offered is nowhere near enough.

We arent skint anymore so why should we have to sell one of our brightest prospects? (IMO) If he is that bad whynot just stick him in the reserves until he gets his form back?

Just saw it on SkySports and didnt know if it had been mentioned elsewhere yet...i'm presuming thats why people generally start threads
