lee7 Posted 27 August 2007 Posted 27 August 2007 That number has increased greatly since sarurdays performance, when i went down to pick up tickets for next weeks game down in bristol the ticket office was heaving, and generally forest fans like to leave it up to the last minute for cup games anyway. There will be about 22,000 im guessing, if you look on forests online ticketing system you can see that quite a few areas of the ground have limited availablity. i hope your right. it will make a better atmosphere.
Jimmy Posted 27 August 2007 Posted 27 August 2007 i hope your right. it will make a better atmosphere. not nessacerally, remeber when we took 5000 to the ricoh and it was practically full, we (the fans) were flat that day as were the cov lot
Sods Posted 27 August 2007 Posted 27 August 2007 Its a tuesday night, floodlights on, 5000+, not played in a couple of years, havent won their in ages (great chance), on the backing of a 4-1 victory. How many people are gutted that bank holiday monday is finishing. Not me No reason to not make noise.

Peacefulred Posted 27 August 2007 Posted 27 August 2007 That's all gravy then, Cracking atmosphere installed then eh pal Hate to say it but there won't be a huge amount of noise coming from the forest fans, since trent end has been rebuilt the atmosphere at teh city ground has been pretty dissapointing, at time when theres a full house theres an ok atmosphere but were much louder away. I suppose if forest scored first then that would help things but the majority of the noise will be coming from you lot.

That's always the case though Our away fans, for noise and constant non stop singing is best in england. Seriously.... Although tomorrow we are coming in great numbers, and weirdly enough atmosphere seems to die down with alot of away fans

Although tomorrow we are coming in great numbers, and weirdly enough atmosphere seems to die down with alot of away fans I know what you mean, last year when we went to gillingham on tuesday night in the johnstones paint trophy there were only about 50 of us but we never shut up all match, despite it being our youth team playing and the least full ground ive ever seen for a "competitive" match it was probably my favourite away day last season, apart from chelsea where we did the club proud with our support.
Jay Posted 27 August 2007 Posted 27 August 2007 I think we really need to show our support for Martin Allen!! and sing his name as often and for as long as we possibly can this man has reignited the passion in me for the club!!
