Milky Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 I'm sure we're all fuming with this decision, but we need Mandaric and his money don't we. Surely without him we're heading towards administration again aren't we? Chants of Mandy out, however much we despise the decision, perhaps aren't in our best long term interests.
Matt Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 Catch 22. Milan has got us in the palm of his hands. Seemed more than just a good idea when he took over, I never imagined this!
bainesy Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 i agree milky. MM is the one who's gonna get us to the premiership. have to trust him. after all i wonder who the fans where booing at half time and shouting sort it out allen. bet there the same ones shouting mandaric out. its a funny old game!
Leicester's 12th Man Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 Jesus Christ, what was the willy puller thinking? Mandaric out!
Mort Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 Without MM we're right back in the shite... thankfully the chances of MM up and leaving are nil, but I will be interested to hear whats been going on behind the scenes to get us to this point so fast, as there must be more to this than a simple personality clash!?
MBK Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 We warned by Pompey...rollercoster ride... What I'm sure of is that Allen will do very well wherever he goes.
Raj Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 I'm sure we're all fuming with this decision, but we need Mandaric and his money don't we. Surely without him we're heading towards administration again aren't we?Chants of Mandy out, however much we despise the decision, perhaps aren't in our best long term interests. I think we are in a minority but i agree with you. I hope im right but i would back MM in the long run.
bainesy Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 i think you have to look at the bigger picture. banners and chants for MA isn't gonna bring a decent manager our way. is it? i want whats best for the club and i hope MA gets the success he deserves
Brainy Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 Jesus Christ, what was the willy puller thinking? Mandaric out! You have GOT to be joking.
Tevez Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 We need Mandaric, he clearly wants Premiership football.
Floating Fox Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 Catch 22.Milan has got us in the palm of his hands. Seemed more than just a good idea when he took over, I never imagined this! I did. I should stop saying it soon.
Leicester's 12th Man Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 You have GOT to be joking. I'm pissed off mate but still this loooks bad atm
Kilworthfox Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 I'm sure we're all fuming with this decision, but we need Mandaric and his money don't we. Surely without him we're heading towards administration again aren't we?Chants of Mandy out, however much we despise the decision, perhaps aren't in our best long term interests. I don't agree with this decision but we would be in F*restville if he was not with us!
Lord Nibblington Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 I'm sure we're all fuming with this decision, but we need Mandaric and his money don't we. Surely without him we're heading towards administration again aren't we?Chants of Mandy out, however much we despise the decision, perhaps aren't in our best long term interests. The problem is, how many managers is Mandy going to burn through before he's got one he's happy that he can work with... and could also get us promoted? Yes, his money is great for us. But if he's going to be this trigger happy with everyone, I can't actually see us being promoted anytime soon. The timing is also soo daft. We're going to be playing half a season with a manager whose got a squad they don't want.
Micky Ruddle Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 Roman Abramovich. You know you would like Ronaldinho at Walkers.
dandannieldanok Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 I think it's pathetic that so many are lambasting the guy when everyone who is shooting him down was practically licking his arse since his arrival. The guy has millions of pounds and he didn't just stumble across it, he made hard, ruthless decisions to make his living, today's sacking is one of them. I do feel sorry for Allen because he is a good bloke but I was never sure he was right for the club personally, perhaps hhe'll be a massive success elsewhere but I'm not sure myself.
pete Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 Imo right now it's f*****n hard but i & we all must trust MM! He is a businessman and he can look something like 4 yrs ahead, he gotta have a plan b at this situation! Still sacking MA propably wasn't exactly best move...
Daggers Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 I should stop saying it soon. Yes. It is quite tedious.
meadwell5 Posted 29 August 2007 Posted 29 August 2007 I believe Milan is a total control freak, Martin had his vision of doing things and Milan wanted to be involved and lead it, that just does not work. My real concern is we did not go for a big name last time and we wont this time because managers like Jewell and warnock will want to do it their way not Milan's. Milan needs to learn to trust his managers, Harry Redknapp left Pompy becuase Milan was controlling things without his knowledge, luckerly 4 Milan Harry came back and continued his good work after Milan appologised, thats not gonna happen this time, MA was not even given a chance. Jewell 4 manager but bring back MA first
