Forget the crowd, that is the WORST display in a professional football match ever. Muscat was the best player, and he got injured with 20 minutes left! 2 soft goals, 7 yellow cards, and a piss-poor display. Danny Allsop needs to run, Thompson needs to pass, Kemp needs to stop giving away fouls, Fabiano needs to learn how to play, Hernandez needs to put quality balls into the box, and whoever was taking the corners, needs to learn how to take corners. If I had a membership I would've cancelled it there and then. That game was Conference standard, but that might be doing an injustice to Conference players.

*Rant Over*

EDIT: Two good things about last night though, the man sitting behind me giving out hilarious abuse to every player, and seeing the new Leicester away shirt on a bloke outside Gate 3, allowing me and me Dad(Wolves supporter) to shout LEICESTER!!! I think we scared him...

I meet a guy last night whos dad is a Leicester support maybe after our league 1 win people are starting to come out of the woodwork.

That game was a once off poor performance. The Central coast player they got from Celtic looked decent in patches. I think it was Berger in the 2nd half taking the corners and they wore attrosious.

Confrence is probably a little harsh but yeah it was poor.

One big win and I'll consider going again.

Berger ran with the ball far too much, should've passed earlier on many occasions. The final ball lacked, there was no-one who stood up and took control for the Victory. All the Mariners players looked decent too me. Moss was very poor, not won many fans on his debut.

Not impressed by Ernie Merrick, don't think he went into his box once, just stood behind his chair all game.

Maybe I was a little harsh, League 2 standard then.

After what I saw against Central Coast not to worried about missing it :P

I am liking(Is that how you spell it?? mind blank) the Fury though. Starting to become a decent side. I think when the 2nd Melbourne team is introduced I'll support them.

Oh BTW, Wellington next Sunday.

EDIT- Kennedy is hack.

Mick, in the 5 years of Victory existing, I've been to one game. I don;t like Ernie Merrick, Archie Thompson is over-rated, Muscat is a dirty player, and the general quality of the games ain't so great.

And how was work today :P

Muscat is a god brilliant leader, Archie is a top striker and the best this league has got when he is on song he is hard to stop. Ernie is no ones cup of tea he is the ice man will only ever celebrate after the final wistle of a Grand Final very level headed. Go to more you will learn to enjoy it for what it is................a ripping excuse to get together with mates, watch some football and enjoy a few laughs....oh and the occasional beer.

Work was fine 4 hours sleep is all i need getting used to it really, big weekend in order espcially watching the saints win on Sunday.

I think it's only me and @Col city fan that watch this league lol

Western Sydney Warriors just got thrashed by their rivals at home 4-0.

There's been a red card in each of the opening 3 games so far as well

Thought there'd be a guaranteed 3 points for Perth Gloryy. They were 3 up after 45 minutes but have lost that lead. Now 3-3 with only a few minutes left.

I get up early every Sat am just to watch the A league.

its so rubbish in some ways, it's great! Most games are wide open and there's usually goals.

Glory will be kicking themselves conceding three to the Mariners...

Usually if betting go on btts or goals over 2.5. Very often seems to come in.

Melbourne City look very good already, as do Sydney FC.

Complacency set in I think.

Might go and see some of their matches later on in the season (when the weather warms up a bit).

Bloody shambles!

Go along its pretty enjoyable, i suggest you get stood/seated in or near "the shed". I havent been for a year or two, but the atmosphere in there is pretty good and if you like the old stand, sing terraces concept.. youll have a good time :)

Went along to several matches last season with the wife and really enjoyed it. We'll be doing similar this season. She doesn't fancy the Shed though. The last match we were at we were below the Shed  to the right of the goal. Better atmosphere than in the main stand, but obviously less of a view.

NIB is quite a good ground I think at this level. Pitch is always in good nick, especially in comparison with some of those over east.
