You can.... kind of. Make a new club and give it all of Leeds' history etc. as well as players and everything and then they will start on 0. It will take a long time. You can't add points deductions though.

Was worth it though i was getting bored of the january update, this has rekindled my love for the game. Tottenham are brillaiant with modric, dos santos and betley etc.
