Who would you keep, who would you want a closer look to? who would you sell (assuming the player is good enough to find a club)? who would you terminate the contracts of? Consideration should be placed on past form, ability, position, value to the team, ability to be in a promotion winning team etc...... In some cases, loaning them out, in order to get someone else to see in them whatever made us take them, is a good idea...

This attitude of ‘they can become good players’ is bollox. It’s so clear that none of them on that list are good enough to play in a team with aspirations of gaining promotion. It's so evident that group of players are lacking what is needed. Most of them have been the integral part of the shitness over the last two seasons They should be got rid of asap
