Fox in a Box Posted 18 October 2007 Posted 18 October 2007 Has anyone noticed the new font used on the OS. with a white bounding box around it... MM is starting to improve everything which is good, also a new bumper 'Biggest Ever Winter Catalogue' graphics on that look good new Improved I must say.. Just need improvement on the pitch!
STUHILL Posted 18 October 2007 Posted 18 October 2007 Guy I play tennis with, well his nephew is the guy that does all the OS website stuff......yeh anyway thought I'd pass on my claim to fame....errrr bye
Ultra Posted 18 October 2007 Posted 18 October 2007 MM has nothing to do with the layout of the website. That's the remit of our contractors, Premium TV. And it doesn't look that much different anyway. By the way, are we REALLY only taking 700 fans to Scunny?

MM pays PTV, therfore he does has something to do with it. New font next to logo it does'nt look 'Mod' like now has a 'neville brody 1988' Copperplate font.

Just need improvement on the pitch! Yes, I'm sure Mandy had a major input on what the website looks like. What else could he possibly be doing other than remodeling the website. Promotion in the bag. By the way, are we REALLY only taking 700 fans to Scunny? Looks that way yes. Shocking that not 1,600 of the 6,500 going to Chelsea will be able to make this game, even if it is on TV.
The Stig Posted 18 October 2007 Posted 18 October 2007 I with P TV or whoever they are didn't make the OS, it would be nice to be a bit different as lots of other clubs have them doing it.
Stevosevic Posted 18 October 2007 Posted 18 October 2007 The worst product ever in the club shop? The Leicester Lions? WTF? http://shop.lcfc.co.uk/Product.pasp#

Just need improvement on the pitch! *cough*worstonlineshopinfootball*cough* I wonder how long it will be before they add an image of the goalkeeper shirt? The shop site is a tacky, cheap bit of code that could be knocked up in a couple of hours - it could be so much better.

The contract with PTV was in place before MM turned up, and if they had carte blanche to do what they want with the website, they can do what they want.

Guest Posted 19 October 2007 Posted 19 October 2007 I didn't even know one ever existed!! Thanks Lisa, I feel better now! Life starts at 33, cheers!! It certainly does! 33 is a great age. tuesday nights at the blackbird road stadium ( parker drive ) watching ray wilson, anders micanek and dave jessup etc ; great days ivan mauger (belle vue) once gave me a lift when i was hitch hiking to a city game I never went (too young), but I could hear it as I lay in my little bed at night and we lived across the city! I remember when they knocked the stadium down, my dad almost cried.
