potter3 Posted 11 December 2007 Posted 11 December 2007 Why is it cheaper to go via London? You have to change at London anyway
act smiley Posted 12 December 2007 Posted 12 December 2007 The alternative is to go up to Derby or Nottingham, then get a train down from there that goes through Birmingham. I'll be at this one, even if its rubbish, cause I adore the third round of the cup.
Floating Fox Posted 12 December 2007 Posted 12 December 2007 Does that 6.30 train go through Harborough? The cheapest I can find the train is 2 £6.50 singles to St Pancras and then £15ish to Southampton. Megatrain I got the impression twas an 0630 leaving time. Why is it cheaper to go via London? It's probably the easier way to travel anyway, you could change at Derby & birmingham and get one, but that doesn't really intrest me. Rather have half a day in London

Rather have half a day in London Thanks for the info but thinking about Fox Travel for this one due to lack of funds. Although my dad's paying for me to go to QPR but on Fox Travel again. Not really complaining though

SamL Posted 12 December 2007 Author Posted 12 December 2007 Weak effort. Same price as FT. Yeah I know but 6.30 from Leicester and I don't think it goes through Harborough. Ah well, even if I do have to endure an awful coach journey atleast i'll be there unlike the majority of people who went to Chelsea. Wasn't aimed at you Andy, was just a general statement
Staf Posted 14 December 2007 Posted 14 December 2007 Southampton last year was dreadful hope it is better this year round
Joe. Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 Andy sort me out. So it's Leicester to London at 6.30 am. What about the return on that? And this megatrain thing. What is it? Help.

Joe. Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 You don't deserve help. Don't cry just because I'm not going to Wolves. Or QPR. Or a few other away games this season.
