He's got loads to prove but a VERY good striker. A loan deal till the end of the season please.
breadandcheese Posted 8 March 2005 Posted 8 March 2005 Good shout. I've always thought he's a good player, but not so sure he's the out and out striker we need (always saw him as a second striker). Think he would certainly add a lot to our team. Also, how about Peter Thorne from Cardiff in a double swoop alongside Jobi Mcanuff? Cardiff are cash-strapped and Thorne seems like he could get a few goals.

Proven goalscorer, but most effective when getting bounce-back balls from the second row. He's a bit taller, though.
