We all know that at Leicester things are never "right first time" but if Ollie had been appointed at the start of the season instead of Martin Allen...... where do you think we would be in the League Table, just comming up to January and the transfer window?

Twice as long as half its length. Fnar fnar.

No, it's a fair point. I haven't got a f**king clue. I went for 13-18 just to mix it up a bit. God knows though.

I dont think we would have signed half the players that we did do and I think Ollie would have given them a kick up the arse a lot earlier if it had been required. So I reckon we would have been hoverering around the playoff zone......and with the transfer window just about to open we would have been looking to fine tune for the final push......

Who says Allen couldnt of got us into the play offs :dunno: you just dont know

Looking at the squad he put together (5 right backs, no center or right mids) I'm pretty sure we would have been in deep relegation trouble if he were still here.

My point exactly...... half the players brought in during MA's reign are now surplus to requirements..... I know its impossible to say where we would have been with any certainty, but Ollie does seem to be slowly turning things around maybe if had been in from the start things could havr been slightly different now........but who knows eh :scarf::scarf::scarf:

I think the real question that we need to ask ourselves is where would we be if Tricky Trev was still here?

Hmm?

Exactly.

if we had ollie from the start then he would have bought some quality players from the start... instead of Martin Allen buying crappy league1/2 players

i think we could have been in a play off spot if this had happened

but such is life....

and were 18th

i think this poll is extremely pointless, who knows were we would have been? going on the watford performance we could be top 3, but because milan didnt give him a chance we will neverknow, personally i dont think the watford performance was a fluke or anything, they all played to there potential. but it could have gone downhill... we will never know. the question that should be asked is would we be in a worse position thatwe are in now if we had kept him?, cause the answer is mnost probably no. :S :S :S :S :S:mellow:  :frusty: :frusty: :frusty: :frusty: :frusty:

Yes it is.

That's exactly what it is.

Well that first statement was badly phrased to say the least.

I meant it's not like anybody knows...pointless really.

Don't worry, not as bad as Ched's. In fact, that's going in my sig.
