Time to get positive again

What a day this has been, the news of Oakley which no one would have believed a few days ago, signing for us is amazing. He has been Derby's best player this season in the Prem, so hasn't just sat on the bench or played in the reserves. Howard and Hayles should also make their home debuts and hopefully they can get confidence with goals. These HUngarians seem very exciting and i hope it wont be another Kaebi scenario where they dont start a match for a few months and they are thrown straight in. I think our defence is fine, they were bound to start leaking goals eventually after the great start and becoming the best defence in the league. With Dj on the mend it looks at the moment to be a bright last 20 games of the season for Leicester. Ollie has made some good signings and i hope they will play some football and we get some results. I hope we can get a few wins to secure our place in this division, and get well clear of the drop zone. Bring back our slim hopes for the play offs and keep moving forward under Ollie next season. Look at what Palace have done, they were below us not so long ago and now they are 1 point off the play offs.

Lets up we beat Covscum 3-0 and start moving up the table fast! :scarf:

Only 20 points off 1st place with 60 points up for grabs. Its still mathimatically possible :crylaugh:

Yeah thats all very well and I am happy and excited. Let's not get ahead of ourselves though. It is certainly not beyond the realms of possibility that we'll be totally shit again tomorrow. I hope not obviously but I've seen so many false dawns that I don't get my hopes up these days.

So you think we could still go up?

So you think we could still go up?

We could still go up yes

We won't though obviously.

But it will be exciting to have that buzz of say having to win a home game to stay in the play off race.

We are still 100 miles from the track at the moment, but a few wins in a row we will get closer and closer to the start line.

Lets see how we play in the next 3 games or so, we need 3 wins.

I just want the hope of still going up rather than just going down to the games knowing we cant go up or down, it makes it rather dull when the results dont really mean anything.

I would take that right now if it was offered. :o

Dull or not.

Dull or not.

I would rather us be in a exciting relegation battle, than be mid table with no chance of promotion.

Thats the idea of football entertainment?

I just dont think we will go down now.

I beg to differ, would rather be safe than worry about dropping down another division. :nono:

Ahhh, lovely.

The old, "We could go up, but we could go down" speech.

Splendid.

I'm definitely more hopeful of our chances this season with some of these new signings we've brought in, but let's not get too ahead of ourselves.

We're still sat in 21st place and we need to get some consistency, something that's not easy to get in this division.

Haha, we all know it'll be typical Leicester.

But then again that's a typical Leicester comment on my part.

LET'S ****ING HAVE 'EM!!

*Punches wall Wacko style*
